Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org does not, under any circumstance, sell, divulge, share, or otherwise disseminate information about its customers or their transactions with the company to any third parties. The company may occasionally send marketing emails to its customers on behalf of third parties, however such marketing will only be done in a manner that ensures customer information does not leave the custody and control of the company.

Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org does not directly receive or store payment information. All payments for subscriptions and other services are processed via Stripe, who is solely responsible for payment processing, refunds or credits, and maintenance of customer payment data.
Since Momentum Credit Reporting/ momentumcr.org does not maintain any information that is not otherwise a matter of public record, there is little to no chance that a breach of our systems could or would endanger the personal identities of our customers.
